HR advisors
Do you want to work with HR in the organziation? Here you get a unique opportunity to brush up on practical HR tasks such as recruitment, team building, debriefing conversations, conflict management and advice to leaders of the units in the organization. Several people who have been part of the HR team say that they have learned much more from being part of the BISO HR team than they have learned from studying HR! Experience from HR work can be useful regardless of whether you want a career in HR or whether you have ambitions to become a manager one day, since we work a lot with clarification of expectations, motivation and recruitment.
We are now looking for committed students who want to make a difference in the student environment and contribute to well-being and orderly HR processes. You will be part of an HR team of approx. 15 students at Campus Oslo. At BISO Oslo, there are four HR team leaders who follow up the academic associations, societies, projects and staff functions. All teams consist of 3-4 students who work closely together to help the BISO units. With relevant experience from BISO or from the HR advisor position, you get the opportunity to apply internally as HR team leader and then also become an advisor to the campus management. Together, the teams will work to make the HR team a visible and integrated part of the organization, work closely with leaders from the campus management and our units, and make the organization a pleasant place to be for everyone.

As HR advisor is a position of trust, relevant candidates will be nominated for the position and the election will happen at a associations managers’ meeting on 30 May in the evening.
