BISO Bergen – General Assembly Fall 2025

BISO Bergen invites all members and active participants to the Fall 2025 General Assembly on Saturday, October 25th, 2025. The General Assembly (GA) is the highest decision-making body at campus Bergen and a key arena for shaping the organization and student life at BI.

About the GA:
All BISO Bergen members and active participants have the right to attend, speak, propose, and vote. The assembly gathers leaders, representatives, and members to decide on key matters such as statutes, budgets, and organizational priorities.

Attendance requirements:
Leaders, deputy leaders, and treasurers of all subunits are required to attend. Each unit must be represented by at least two members.
If a required participant cannot attend, a substitute from the same subunit must attend. Substitutes cannot already have mandatory attendance for another unit.
📌 One person may only represent one unit.

Agenda items:

• Proposed changes to local laws

• Reports and updates from campus management

• Local accounts and budget

• Student matters

• Election of delegates for the 2026 National Assembly

• Election of new HR-Advisors

After the assembly, all attendees are invited to a social gathering at Rederiet.
