BISO Stavanger – General Assembly Fall 2025

BISO Stavanger will hold its Fall 2025 General Assembly on Saturday, October 25th, 2025. The General Assembly (GA) is the highest decision-making body at the Stavanger campus and an important arena for student involvement and organizational development.

📅 Saturday, October 25th, 16:00–20:00

About the GA:
The General Assembly gathers leaders, representatives, and members to discuss and decide on key matters affecting BISO locally. All paying BISO members affiliated with campus Stavanger have the right to attend, speak, and propose matters, as well as one vote each.
External guests invited by campus management have the right to attend and speak but not to vote.

Attendance requirements:
All individuals holding positions as leader, deputy leader, or treasurer in any subunit are required to attend. If unable to participate, a substitute from the same subunit must attend. One person may only represent one unit.

Agenda items:

• Proposed changes to local laws

• Reports and updates from campus management

• Local mid-year financial statement and budget for the upcoming year

• Matters from students

• Election of delegate to the National Assembly

Submission of matters:
Proposals and matters must be sent to president.stavanger@biso.no by October 4th, 23:59.
Proposed amendments to local laws can be submitted via this form.
All official documents will be published on October 11th, 2025, two weeks prior to the meeting.
