As project manager, you are responsible for the execution of the Winter Games in January 2026. The project manager will be recruited from Campus Oslo or Bergen, and the rest of the project board will be recruited from the same campus as the project manager belongs to. Winter Games 2026 will be open for participation for BI students from all four campuses, so ambassadors from all four campuses will be recruited to follow up logistics, transport, ticket sales etc.
You will have close contact with the hotel where the event will be held, the project board, which may consist of students from all four campuses and the Head of Projects on all four campuses.
It is your task to get all the pieces in place. It is also your task to help recruit a project board, coordinate the collaboration with the Head of Projects, delegate tasks to the project board and lead the other positions to create a safe and magical experience for BI students. This is a position of great responsibility, and it will be your job to make the Winter Games 2026 as memorable as possible for those who take part.
Tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the execution of the Winter Games 2026
- Responsible for communication with the Head of Projects on all four campuses
- Responsible for leading the Winter Games project board and coordinating their work
- Responsible for communication with the hotel (formerly Storefjell Hotell)
