Fadderullan is recruiting for a new board that will take office in October 2024!
Do you want to arrange Norway’s biggest and most amazing enrollment week? A new school year has just started and a new Fadderullan are going into the first stages of planning. The current board are finished and we need students to fill our positions! Do you feel you’ve got what it takes to help organizing Norway’s biggest enrollment week and BISO’s biggest project?
As Project Manager, you coordinate and drive the rest of the board, but overall, you have a superior responsibility in the planning and logistics of how the buddyweek functions. The Project Manager’s main task is to create and delegate tasks for different board members and their teams to ensure progress in the project, ultimately ensuring the framework for the project is clearly defined to the rest of the board, to help maintain progress throughout the project. Goals must be created for the project as a whole, but also individual goals for each board member.
As Project Manager, you will have close dialogue with both the management in BISO and the management at BI, both locally and nationally. Fadderullan is a vibrant project, that gives new students the first experience of BI and Oslo. It is therefore important that you, have strong communication skills, creativity, are good at multitasking and able to work well under pressure, to overcome new and difficult decisions.
