BISO Pride is a newly established Staff function that aims to ensure that every student at BI can express themselves authentically. We actively participate in various events and strive to inclusively engage everyone. The goal of BISO Pride is to create an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated, by making sexuality, gender and love visible, allowing all students can feel welcome and genuine.
As Manager, you will have overall responsibility for BISO Pride, overseeing all tasks of the team and events, as well as motivating your board and members. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and external parties. In this position, you will learn more about leadership and administrative thinking.
Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the board and all events.
- Communication and coordination within BISO Pride, Head of Operations and with external parties.
- Show commitment to BISO Pride.
- Organizes and delegates tasks to BISO Pride.
- Hold board meetings and attending events.
