BISO Media plays a central role in BISO by delivering impressive photo, video and graphic design content. We create everything from dynamic promotional videos, exciting coverage of major projects such as Fadderullan, Career Days, Winter Games, inspiring aftermovie, to professional photography of our newest board members. BISO Media is always on site, capturing the moments as they happen, giving everyone an unforgettable insight into the magic that makes our student organization unique.
As the Manager of a staff function you will oversee your unit and manage day-to-day operations. You will communicate with different units, have administrative responsibilities, motivate your board and members, and be present at the site yourself. Responsibilities will contain organization of documents and equipment, keeping track of bookings and working closely with the BISO Management. In this position, you will have an opportunity to learn more about leadership and administrative thinking.
Tasks
- Responsibility for the team.
- Communication and coordination within BISO Media and external parties.
- Act as a link between Head of PR and Marketing and students.
- Organizing and delegating tasks for the team.
- Responsibility for recruitment of new members.
- Conducting board meetings and organizing and participating in events.

Requirements
- An advantage is if you have experience with photography, video production, graphic design, or similar areas.
- An ability to think strategically and coordinate effectively.
