Winter Games is traditionally held at the turn of January/February and takes place at a mountain resort hotel. The event combines concerts, winter activities, and social gatherings, and in recent years has been hosted at Storefjell Resort Hotel.
Winter Games is BISO’s largest national event and brings together students from all four BI campuses: Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim, and Stavanger. The purpose of the event is to strengthen cohesion across campuses and build a shared national BISO identity through a comprehensive student experience.
The project is complex and requires continuous collaboration within the Winter Games board, with campus leadership at all four campuses, BISO at the national level, external partners such as AHA Opplevelser, as well as Storefjell Resort Hotel and other suppliers. Successful execution requires structure, accountability, and the ability to manage a project of significant scope.
For Winter Games 2027, the project board will be recruited from Campus Oslo due to centralization. This means that only applicants affiliated with Campus Oslo will be considered.

Two Logistics Managers will be recruited with primary responsibility within the following areas:

- Logistics Manager – Operational Participant Logistics and On-Site Execution
The responsibilities are divided to ensure capacity and quality; however, the roles are closely interconnected and require continuous collaboration. - Use and administration of systems, ticket solutions, and participant overviews
- Handling changes and maintaining ongoing dialogue with participants
- Structuring room allocation and preparing name lists for the hotel

The Logistics Manager works closely with BISO at the national level, campus leadership at the other campuses, and external stakeholders such as the hotel and transport providers. The role is critical to ensuring that the event is executed in a structured manner and without logistical deviations.
Expectations for the Role
The role requires a high degree of structure, precision, and execution capability. The Logistics Manager must be able to manage large volumes of information over time and work systematically with details that have direct impact on the event’s execution.
Close collaboration within the logistics team, continuous dialogue with other board members, and strong coordination with the national level and external partners are essential. The role involves periods of high workload and requires accountability, clear communication, and the ability to maintain oversight in complex processes.
