Vacant position as Logistics Manager for Winter Games 2026

Winter Games is traditionally held at the turn of January and February, where we gather at a mountain hotel to have fun together across campuses. The event features concerts, games, and activities on the slopes. In recent years, it has taken place at Storefjell Høyfjellshotell.
Winter Games is BISO’s largest national event, meaning we collaborate across all four campuses. What’s new this year is that the project manager for 2026 is from Campus Oslo, and the rest of the project team will also be recruited from Oslo. Therefore, we are only considering applicants from Campus Oslo.
Winter Games 2026 will, as before, be open to participants from all four BI campuses, and ambassadors will be recruited at each campus to assist with logistics, transportation, ticket sales, and more.
As the logistics manager, you will act as a coordinator and be responsible for ensuring that all participants receive their rooms and transportation. You will be in charge of assigning participants based on room preferences, securing agreements with bus companies, and managing the ambassadors.
This is one of the most important positions on the team, and you will work closely with the project leader and finance manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assigning room allocations
- Coordinating transportation and collaborating with bus companies
Who you are:
- Structured and reliable
- High work capacity and strong execution skills
- Strong determination and drive
- Cooperative and solution-oriented
Benefits of the position:
- The joy and experience of working in a large team
- The opportunity to build a network in the business community
- A more social and exciting student life
- Experience in project management and executing a large-scale event
