Do you enjoy organizing and planning large projects?
Head of Projects is responsible for coordinating all major projects under the direct of BISO Oslo. This includes Fadderullan (FR), Karrieredagene (KD), and Bergensbaneløpet (BBL), Charityball and Wintergames (WG). The role has overall responsibility for following up on their strategic development, as well as assisting in the preparation and implementation of the projects. You are also responsible for the recruitment process and onboarding of the new project boards and ensuring that progress in the projects is in accordance with deadlines and budget.
You will arrange project manager meetings (PLM) where the managers will be able to meet to get relevant information from you and an opportunity to spar with each other about common issues. You will have a permanent contact person in the HR team who will be able to assist you with recruitment, team building and advice on personnel matters. You will have personnel responsibility for project managers and will recruit them with the help of HR. Your nearest leader will be the Campus President at BISO Oslo.
You will also have a close collaboration with the other campuses, and you must facilitate for good communication.
In this role, you will be part of the Campus Management in Oslo who work closely with the Operations Unit and HR. As campus management, you will work together to create and facilitate student activity on campus and to achieve BISO’s strategic goals.

Work assignments:
- Responsibility for major projects under the auspices of BISO Oslo
- Responsibility for coaching project managers who are subordinate to the Head of Projects
- Act as a link between the management in BISO Oslo and projects
- Assist in communication with relevant actors for the projects
