Do you want to work closely with the business industry?
As Head of Business Relations, you are responsible for connecting BISO Oslo and its members with the business world. You are also responsible for BISO Oslo’s largest partners and will work closely with them. Your task is to guide the business units and ensure good cooperation agreements and contact with business.
You will have the following units under you; The Business Committee (NU) and the Female Business Forum (FBF). You will recruit managers for the units with the help of HR and have a permanent contact person in HR who helps you with personnel matters.
In addition, you have professional responsibility towards all Business Relations Managers (BRM) in the Oslo units, answer questions from them, and organize workshops for them at least once a semester. BISO’s Business Controller will be your sparring partner. Your nearest leader will be the Campus President at BISO Oslo.
In this role, you will be part of the Campus management in Oslo who work closely with BISO’s Board of Trustees, the Operations Unit and HR. As campus management, you will work together to create and facilitate student activity on campus and to achieve BISO’s strategic goals. Your role’s main focus will be on the one pillar of the strategy called Connected.

Work assignments:
- Engage, ensure quality and follow up the work of NU and BRM
- Approve all contracts and agreements entered into with business and BISO’s units
- Keeping track of company presentations, recruitment stands and commercial stands
- Maintain contact with current partners, and contact new potential partners
- Work to achieve the best possible relationship of trust and cooperation with the organisation’s current and potential partners
- Responsibility for making sure that we follow the requirements set out in new and existing agreements that BISO signs
