As the General Manager of Women in Finance, you are the main representative of the organization. You will have overall responsibility for the group, ensuring that you stay informed about how members collaborate and what projects they are working on. This role is both administrative and crucial for the organization’s overall operations and external representation.
Responsibilities:
• Foster a healthy and inclusive environment within the group.
• Represent the student organization in meetings with external stakeholders.
• Motivate and support members in their tasks, ensuring that everyone contributes to achieving the organization’s goals.
• Ensure that the organization’s activities align with its statutes, guidelines, and objectives.
