Purpose of the Position:
We are currently seeking a Financial Assistant to support our Financial Controller in the day-to-day financial management of the organization. The ideal candidate will be an important part of our finance team and contribute to ensuring financial integrity and efficiency across all our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Financial Controller in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Collaborate with other units to automate and improve financial processes
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing studies in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Strong interest in business
- Experience in finance or accounting is desirable
- Experience with 24SevenOffice is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Solid IT skills, especially in MS Excel
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
