BISO Charity is a Staff function which has focus on the charity aspect of BISO. As a part of BISO Charity you are a part of a team that will ensure funds to a charitable cause. You are also a part of holding events for students to raise these funds to meet your end goal. BISO Chairty have one of the largest events BISO hosts, the Charity Ball. The Staff function collaborates with big companies to collect money for charity, and you will get experience with teamwork, as well as individually work to make these events happen. BISO Charity will decide which theme the ball will have.
Business Relations Manager has the responsibility for contacting various companies and the partners to create content for the Charity auction through sponsorships and other agreements. The better job you do, the more money the auction will bring. Advantages of this position are that you get to expand your professional network, and acquire a hands on experience in negotiations and business relations.
Tasks
- Collaborates with Head of Business Relations to get external founds.
- Responsible for making business contracts and getting sponsorships.
- Expand the network.
- Attending board meetings and other events.

The only requirement is that you must be comfortable speaking English and standing on a stage in front of many people. This is a voluntary position where you have the opportunity to raise large sums of money for an exciting charity, and this will look good on your CV. You will collaborate with various people to create this year’s celebration for all BI students and BISO.
