BISO Bathing is a student group open to all BI students!
We’re a group of like-minded people who love outdoor life, swimming, saunas, and all kinds of fun activities in and around the water. Our mission is to share that joy and sense of community with other students on campus!
In previous years, we’ve hosted swimming events at Pirbadet, sauna sessions by the sea, and other spontaneous adventures. We’re keeping those traditions alive — and adding even more exciting events in the semesters ahead!
Our main goal is simple: to have fun together!
We’re a low-threshold group where everyone is welcome — as long as you bring good vibes (and preferably know how to swim, hehe).
The Role
As Event Manager in BISO Bathing, you’ll be the driving force behind our events — from idea to execution.
You’ll plan, organize, and coordinate all kinds of social and outdoor activities, working closely with the rest of the board to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone has a great time.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized team player who loves bringing people together and making ideas come to life.
You are:
- Responsible, creative, and proactive
- Passionate about event planning and teamwork
- Good at organizing and communicating clearly
- Excited about creating unforgettable experiences for BI students
- Comfortable taking initiative and solving problems on the go
Tasks
- Plan and organize BISO Bathing’s events (swimming trips, sauna sessions, etc.)
- Coordinate logistics, bookings, and collaboration with partners or other BISO units
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to promote events
- Participate in board meetings and contribute ideas
- Attend events and make sure everything runs smoothly
