Bergensbaneløpet BI is looking for ambassadors!
Do you want to help organize spring’s craziest adventure, make friends for life and take part in lots of social events during your studies? Then there is no doubt, you must apply as an ambassador for Bergensbaneløpet BI!
Bergensbaneløpet is an annual relay between BI and NHH. The teams consist of approx. 100 students and is now being organized for the 52nd time!! We organize weekly training sessions that are open to everyone – no matter what level you are at. As an ambassador for Bergensbaneløpet, you will work closely on the project, participate in training, contribute to the recruitment of runners and the implementation of various social events during the school year. As an ambassador, you get a unique opportunity to work on a large project, build networks and create lifelong memories!
As an ambassador, you will work closely with other ambassadors and the board in teams. There are five different ambassador teams:
Training and recruitment: Do you want to be an important supporter in training and take part in training planning? We plan the routes for the training sessions and are responsible for their completion, as well as responsible for arranging social events throughout the year. If this sounds like something for you, apply to be part of the training and recruitment team!
Business and market: BBL is a large project that needs sponsors and good sponsorship agreements, in this team you will be involved and create good connections between us and the business world. If you are outgoing and not afraid to talk to people, this is the team for you!
Logistics: The relay itself has a lot of logistics for it to go around, with the various tracks and safety for the participants. Would you like to help set up the route for the relay, transport during the race and overnight accommodation? Then you should apply to the logistics team!
Event: Would you like to help plan the various events BBL has throughout the year, such as the Karrieretrappa and the opening ceremony? Then you should apply to the event team!
Info: There is a lot of information to be sent out to our runners, and it is important that we market ourselves well externally. Would you like to help manage our social media and market us around the school? Then you should apply to the info team.

You can apply as an ambassador by sending an e-mail to: recruitment.bbl@biso.no, and add which ambassador team you wish to join in the subject field. The mail should include a little information about yourself, what you can contribute with to the project and your motivation.
