Purpose of the Position:
We are currently seeking a Financial Assistant to support our Financial Controller in the day-to-day financial management of the organization. The ideal candidate will be an important part of our finance team and contributeto ensuring financial integrity and efficiency across all our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Financial Controller in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Collaborate with other units to automate and improve financial processes
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing studies in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Strong interest in business
- Experience in finance or accounting is desirable
- Experience with 24SevenOffice is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Solid IT skills, especially in MS Excel
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
