Open position: Ticket Manager for Winter Games 2026!
Winter Games is traditionally held around late January/early February, where we gather at a mountain resort to enjoy a fun weekend across campuses. There will be concerts, games, and fun on the slopes. In recent years, the event has taken place at Storefjell Høyfjellshotell.
Winter Games is BISO’s largest national event, meaning we collaborate across all four campuses. What’s new this year is that the Project Manager for 2026 is from Campus Oslo, and the rest of the project board will also be recruited from Oslo. Therefore, we are only considering applicants affiliated with Campus Oslo.
Winter Games 2026 will, as always, be open to participants from all four BI campuses.
As the Ticket Manager, you are responsible for ticket sales and for maintaining contact with the ticket provider TicketCo. You ensure smooth ticketing operations and assist students with any issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities:
• Communication with the ticket provider TicketCo
• Check-in during the event
• Dialogue with ticket managers at other campuses
• Publishing and managing ticket sales
• Handling inquiries and issues related to ticket purchases
• Preparing lists of attendees who have purchased tickets
