A low-key beer club for students with a passion for socializing and the magic of brewing!
Hvetevenner is a social student group for those who enjoy beer, are curious about the brewing process, or simply want to meet new people across study programs and year groups. We organize brewery tours, beer tastings, and other fun social events – all low-threshold and high-vibe.
We’re now looking for a new manager to help lead Hvetevenner into the next semester with energy and a great attitude.
About the role:
As manager, you’ll have the overall responsibility for Hvetevenner’s operations. You’re the glue of the group – the one who keeps things running smoothly, takes initiative, and motivates both the board and members.
Tasks may include:
- Planning and executing events (you’re never doing it alone!)
- Helping with recruitment and increasing the group’s visibility on campus
- Collaborating with the Finance Manager on budgeting and expenses
- Creating a safe and inclusive environment for both members and participants
- Representing the group in mandatory meetings such as ULM and GA
Who are you?
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is organized and enjoys making things happen
- Feels comfortable in social settings and is good at including others
- Doesn’t need to be a beer expert, but is eager to learn (and share!)
- Wants to contribute to student life in a fun and approachable way
This is a perfect role if you’re looking to gain leadership experience, meet new people, and leave your mark on the student community!
