BI International Student Association (BIISA) is one of the societies at BI Norwegian Business School, dedicated to helping international students integrate and thrive in Norway. We organize social events, workshops, and networking opportunities to foster a welcoming student community. Now, we are looking for a passionate Manager to lead and further develop BIISA!
About the Role
As Manager of BIISA, you will play a key role in coordinating activities, strengthening collaborations with BI and other student organizations, and ensuring that international students have an unforgettable experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop leadership skills, work in a multicultural environment, and expand your professional network.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events for international students
- Lead and motivate the BIISA team
- Raport to the Head of Societies
- Represent the Society in the general assambly and unit leader meetings
- Ensure a smooth transition for new international students each semester
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Has experience in event planning or student organizations (preferred but not required)
- Is an engaged and inclusive leader
- Has strong organizational skills
- Thrives in an international environment
- Is outgoing and enjoys creating social opportunities
