Women in Finance is hiring a dedicated Recruitment Manager to oversee and execute our recruitment processes. As the Recruitment Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and inclusive hiring experience for candidates joining WIF. You will play a key role in shaping our team and strengthening our mission to inspire and support women in the finance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write Job Descriptions: Craft clear and appealing job descriptions to attract candidates for various roles.
- Distribute Job Openings: Collaborate with BISO to ensure all open positions are effectively advertised.
- Candidate Selection and Interviews: Manage the screening and interview process, ensuring that each step is handled professionally and fairly.
- Onboarding New Board Members: Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, helping them integrate smoothly into their roles and the WIF’s culture.
- Organize Team Building Activities: Plan team-building events to strengthen bonds within the team and foster a positive working environment.
- Recruitment Day at BI: Take the lead in planning, attending, and actively participating in the semi-annual Recruitment Day event at BI.
