The BISO Event Committee is an English-speaking staff function directly under the BISO Management with the aim of supporting the management in arranging social events for all BI students on Campus Oslo. The BISO Event Committee is best known for organising a free student cinema at ODEON Storo, free lunches at BISO and various events at Kroa, such as Halloween parties and Women’s Day celebrations.
As Manager for the BISO Event Committee, you will have overall responsibility for the team and the planning and execution of all BISO’s events. The manager’s main task is to be a facilitator for the BISO Event Committee and their members, arrange fashions, create agendas, prioritise and delegate work. In addition, the manager is responsible for all communication from the BISO Event Committee and to the BISO management. Candidates who are involved in the student environment and have previous experience with management/project management/coordination are encouraged to apply. The Manager reports directly to the Head of Operation.

• Organises and delegates tasks to the team.
• Holding board meetings, as well as holding and participating in events.
