Manager-Femmes Fatales

Femmes Fatales is now looking for a new manager. We are the female choir that focus on friendship and being social, with musical joy that brings us together.

As the Manager, you will be the driving force behind the choir’s success, and to support the other board members in their work. You will also be working closely with the Head of Societies, who will be you supervisor.

As a person you are:

• Well-structured, good at planning, organizing, delegating, and can follow up
• Humble, patient, and are open to suggestions
• Capable of being firm and stern when needed
• Can express yourself fully both in Norwegian and in English (as the society can have both Norwegian and International members)
• Engaged in the student life at BI Oslo

Work tasks:

• Have an overview, be on top of things and help out when needed (especially if other board positions are vacant)
• Make a yearly activity plan & budget for the society together with the Financial Manager
• Arrange and lead board-meetings for the Femmes Fatales – board
• Have an overview of the different tasks and activities that the other board members are working on and their status
• Participate at the stand at the Recruitment Day and Open Day
• Participate at ULM-meetings and the General Assembly
• Participate at the events for Femmes Fatales
• Close contact with BISO
