BISO Bathing PR & Communications Manager 

 BISO Bading er en badegruppe for alle studenter her ved BI. Vi er en gruppe likesinnede som elsker friluftsliv, bading, badstue og mye mer. Denne gleden ønsker gruppen å dele med andre studenter her på campus! Tidligere år har BISO Bading blant annet arrangert bading på Pirbadet, samt badstuer til sjøs. Dette er en tradisjon vi ønsker å videreføre, i tillegg til å finne på nye morsomme aktiviteter.

Vårt hovedformål er å ha det gøy! Dette er en lavterskelgruppe, hvor vi kun ønsker god stemning både på land og i vann! Alle er selvfølgelig velkommen hit (men helst hvis du kan svømme hehe).

The role

• The position entails primary responsibility for all communication to students through social media, the website and screens on campus. 
• We are looking for a creative and hard-working social-media manager who wants to make an effort to ensure that BISO bathing grows and gets more people involved. 
• You are responsible, creative, independent, structured and available
• Demonstrated interest in marketing, social media and communication
• Ensure that students are informed about current and upcoming events, mainly through social media.
• Ensure that the marketing of BISO Bathings activities are carried out in accordance with ethical guidelines and local laws
• Create engagement among the audience through various media
• Experience with editing programs such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or similar is an advantage.

Tasks

• Responsible for social media and creating marketing content.
• Collaboration with other BISO units. (such as BISO Media)
• Attending board meetings
• Responding to questions on the social media
• Attending society events, capturing the experience, making content.

Personal traits

• Responsible. 
• Have an interest in trends, marketing and social media.
• Outgoing and like to talk to people.
• You have strong motivation and willingness to maximize BISO Bathing’s full potential.
• You have a strong interest in social media, photography, marketing and information sharing.
