The purpose of the Operations Unit is to work on long term strategic goals on a national level complying to the adopted strategy, as well as implement the National Meeting and the Board’s decisions.

The Operations Unit is responsible for conducting the National Meeting, and the General Manager is responsible for standardization of the Operations Unit’s annual report. The Operations Unit is responsible for standardization of internal documents and routines, prepare and streamline routines for accounting, budget and financial management. They will facilitate for internal communication platforms, be responsible for national projects, and the representation of the student body towards BI Norwegian Business School and in external forums.

The Operations Unit consists of the General Manager, Treasurer, Academic and Political Coordinator, and IT-Manager.
