As the Manager of BISO Real Estate Committee, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and develop an important committee that works on real estate-related projects and events, creating value and opportunities for students. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team and help build an initiative that combines professional interest with hands-on experience and a great social atmosphere.
The BISO Real Estate Committee focuses on topics related to real estate and organizes everything from company visits and guest lectures to social gatherings with professional content. We welcome both those with experience and those who are simply curious and eager to learn more.
The committee is still quite new, which means there is plenty of room for creativity, initiative, and engagement to explore new ideas and influence its future direction!
As Manager of the BISO Real Estate Committee, your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring structured and goal-oriented operations within the committee
- Delegating tasks and following up with your team
- Planning and leading meetings, and setting the agenda
- Motivating and supporting members in their work
- Ensuring that projects align with BISO’s guidelines and objectives
- Acting as the committee’s external point of contact when needed
- Collaborating with other BISO committees and contributing to cross-disciplinary projects
