The Line Association is for students who want a social, inclusive, and engaging environment at BI! It brings both master’s programs together as a common meeting point, where the possibilities are endless. Through the association, you can organize everything from class parties and social gatherings to company visits and professional presentations relevant to your program. It’s a low-threshold initiative by students, for students, giving you plenty of freedom to shape it your way.
Since this is a new association, there is great potential for creativity, new ideas, and innovative solutions. You’ll have the unique opportunity to build the structure, culture, and identity from scratch.
As Manager, you will have overall responsibility for leading a team that creates value for students. You should be creative, motivating, and good at building and guiding your team. You’ll play a central role in fostering a positive internal culture and developing activities that benefit the master’s community.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the team
- Support and structure the board’s work
- Plan and execute social and academic events
- Engage the master student community
- Maintain strong communication with BISO leadership
