Norges største fadderuke rekrutterer ambassadører!
FADDERULLAN Oslo trenger et nytt sett med AMBASSADØRER for å være med å forme og bli med i planleggingen av Nordens største studentdrevne prosjekt! Dette er muligheten til å være en del av en av fadderuken, i tett samarbeid med ulike enheter i BISO, fra alle studieretninger.
Vi er veldig glade for å utvide teamet vårt og bringe en fantastisk Fadderullan i august for en best mulig studiestart!

Dette er de forskjellige teamene av ambassadører du kan søke på:
Events team
Ambassadørene i dette teamet samarbeider tett med Event Manager og vil støtte utformingen av arrangementskonsepter og det praktiske ved arrangementsuken. Teamet ditt vil være hovedkontaktpunktet for artister og bestilt underholdning. Noen oppgaver vil involvere artistforbindelse, transport og støtte til sceneledelsen og produksjonsselskapene.
Hvis du ønsker å utvide kunnskapen din innen driften av backstage-områder og arrangementer, er dette den perfekte åpningen for deg.
PR & marketing team
PR teamet er ansiktet til Fadderullan og er ansvarlig for samhandlingen med studentene. I dette teamet vil du lage PR & Markedsføringskampanjer for Fadderullan, presse ut arrangementer og viktig informasjon og alt imellom.
Du vil jobbe tett med kommunikasjonssjefen og ha ansvaret for å holde sosiale medieplattformer, nettsiden oppdatert og samarbeide med BISO Media for å produsere video- og bildeinnhold til Fadderullan uken før, under og etter. Denne stillingen handler om å gi informasjon til folk ved å publisere tekst, bilder og videoer, og hvis du tror du har det som skal til, vil vi gjerne høre fra deg!
Business Relations team
Business Relations Manager vil jobbe grundig med deg for å få kontakt med potensielle virksomheter for å sikre sponsing for Fadderullan. Dette teamet vil jobbe ofte for å kontakte selskaper for å prøve å komme til avtaler for å hjelpe med å finansiere fadderuken. Du vil få erfaring med forhandling og gir og spennende innblikk i næringslivet etter studiet. Hvis du har lyst til å utfordre deg selv gjennom forhandlinger og ønsker sjansen til å øve på nettverk og samarbeid med ulike bedrifter, så er denne stillingen for deg!
Buddy coordinator team
Ambassadører ved siden av Buddy Coordinator vil hjelpe til med oppgaver som består av koordinering av faddere, sammensetning av faddergrupper og å bringe den beste opplevelsen for gruppene og nye studenter.
Du vil gi muligheten til å få erfaring med å jobbe med team, bygge sosiale nettverk og koordinere med BI. Er du en som vil jobbe med mennesker? Har du gode koordinerings- og kommunikasjonsevner, så er dette teamet for deg.
Master coordinator team
Ambassadører ved siden av Master Coordinator vil hjelpe til med oppgaver som består av koordinering av faddere, sammensetning av faddergrupper og å bringe den beste opplevelsen for gruppene og nye studenter.
Du vil gi muligheten til å få erfaring med å jobbe med team, bygge sosiale nettverk og koordinere med BI. Er du en som vil jobbe med mennesker? Har du gode koordinerings- og kommunikasjonsevner, så er dette teamet for deg.
Logistics team
Som Logistikkambassadør for Fadderullan 2026 vil du være med på å koordinere hele fadderuken fra start til slutt. Du jobber tett under Logistikk Manager og får egne ansvarsområder, samtidig som du er en del av et team som sammen sørger for at alt det praktiske går sømløst.
Logistikkteamet har oversikt over hva som skjer, hvor det skjer, og når det skjer – og sørger for at alle andre team har det de trenger for å lykkes.
Noen arbeidsoppgaver kan være:
• Sette og koordinere vaktplaner
• Koordinere get in / get out sammen med Event-teamet
• Følge opp lokasjoner og sikre at alt utstyr er på plass
• Ha kontroll på materiell og leveranser
• Lage og følge opp kjøreplaner for arrangementene
• Være operativ støtte under selve gjennomføringen
Denne rollen passer for deg som liker struktur, ansvar og å ha oversikt. Du trives med å løse utfordringer raskt, holde hodet kaldt når tempoet øker, og samarbeide tett med andre team.

Norway’s biggest Buddy Week recruits Ambassadors!
FADDERULLAN Oslo need a new set of AMBASSADORS to help shape and join in the planning of the Nordic region’s biggest student driven project! This is the opportunity to be part of the buddy week, working closely with different units in BISO, from all lines of study.
We are really excited to expand our team and to bring an amazing Fadderullan this August for the best study start possible!

These are the different teams of ambassadors which you can apply for:
Events team
Working close with the Event Manager, the Ambassador’s in this team will be to support in designing event concepts and the practicalities of the event week. Your team will be the main point of contact for artists and booked entertainment. Some tasks will involve artist liaison, transportation, and supporting the stage management and production companies.
If you would like to expand your knowledge in the running of backstage areas and events then this is the perfect opening for you.
PR & marketing team
The communications team is the face of Fadderullan and is responsible for the interacting with the students. In this team you will be creating PR & Marketing campaigns for Fadderullan, pushing out events and important information and everything in between.
You will work closely with the PR & marketing manager and have the responsibility of keeping Social Media platforms, the website updated and collaborating with BISO Media to produce video and photo content for Fadderullan the week before, during and after. This position is about giving information to people by publish text, images and videos and if you think you have what it takes, then we would love to hear from you!
Business Relations team
The Business Relations Manager will work meticulously with you to connect with potential businesses to secure sponsorship for Fadderullan. This team will work frequently to contact companies to try and reach agreements to help finance the Buddy Week. You will gain experience in negotiation and gives and exciting insight into the business world after studying. If you would like to challenge yourself through negotiation and would like the chance to practice networking and partnering with different businesses, then this position is for you!
Buddy coordinator team
Ambassadors alongside the Buddy Coordinator, will help with tasks which consist of coordination of buddies, composition of buddy groups and to bring the best experience for the groups and new students.
You will give the opportunity to gain experience working with teams, building social networks and coordinating with BI. Are you someone who wants to work with people? Do you have good coordination and communications skills, then this team is for you.
Master coordinator team
Ambassadors alongside the Master Coordinator, will help with tasks which consist of coordination of buddies, composition of buddy groups and to bring the best experience for the groups and new students.
You will give the opportunity to gain experience working with teams, building social networks and coordinating with BI. Are you someone who wants to work with people? Do you have good coordination and communications skills, then this team is for you.
Logistics Team
As a Logistics Ambassador for Fadderullan 2026, you will help coordinate the entire orientation week from start to finish. You will work closely under the Logistics Manager and be given your own areas of responsibility, while also being part of a team that ensures all practical aspects run smoothly.
The Logistics Team maintains oversight of what is happening, where it is happening, and when it is happening – and ensures that all other teams have what they need to succeed.
Some of your tasks may include:
• Creating and coordinating shift schedules
• Coordinating get-in / get-out together with the Event Team
• Following up on venues and ensuring all equipment is in place
• Managing materials and deliveries
• Creating and following up on run sheets for events
• Providing operational support during the execution of events
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, responsibility, and maintaining oversight. You thrive in solving challenges quickly, staying calm under pressure, and collaborating closely with other teams.
