BISO Extraordinary National Meeting

Kjære BISO medlemmer, ansatte og styremedlemmer,

Dere inviteres herved til BISOs Ekstraordinære Landsmøte (ELM) lørdag 25. mars 2023. Det ekstraordinære landsmøtet vil bli avholdt heldigitalt. Møtet vil starte kl. 12.00 og varer til ca. 15.00. Møtet er åpent for alle medlemmer av BISO.

Alle stemmeberettigede (delegater), Styreleder, Arbeidsutvalget, Komité-ledere, HR-Manager, en HR-representant fra hvert campus, KK-manager og en KK-representant fra hvert campus har møteplikt, jf. BISOs Vedtekter § 4.3.

Delegater valgt på generalforsamling som ikke har mulighet til å delta på dette Landsmøtet bes kontakte Kontrollkomiteen på sitt campus for å melde ifra om dette. Campusledelsen distribuerer sine fire delegatplasser til Landsmøte ved simpelt flertall.

Saker som er årsaken til innkallingen er: 

• Restrukturering av Arbeidsutvalget
• Vedtektsendringer knyttet til restrukturering av Arbeidsutvalget

I tillegg til disse sakene vil vi behandle standardsakene som godkjenning av innkalling og dagsorden, protokoll fra forrige ELM, valg av ordstyrer, tellekorps, protokollunderskrivere etc. Ekstraordinært landsmøte vil ikke behandle saker som ikke er årsaken til innkalling.

Sakspapirer vil foreligge klare senest sju dager før møtet, altså 18.03.2023, jf. BISOs Vedtekter om Ekstraordinært Landsmøte § 4.2.

Dear BISO members, employees and board members,

You are hereby invited to BISO’s Extraordinary National Meeting Saturday 25^th of March 2023. The Extraordinary National Meeting will be fully digital. The meeting will start at 12:00 and last until approximately 15:00. The meeting is open for all members of BISO. All those entitled to vote (delegates), the Chairman of the Board, the Operations Unit, Committee-leaders, the HR Manager, an HR-representative from each campus, KK-manager and one from the Control Committee from each campus have a duty to attend, cf. BISO’s Statutes § 4.3.  

Delegates who do not have the opportunity to attend this National Meeting are asked to contact the Control Committee on their campus to report this. The Campus Management can distribute their four delegate seats at this National Meeting with simple majority.  

Matters that are the reason for notice: 

• Restructure of the Operations Unit 
• Amendments to the Statutes in connection to the restructure of the Operations Unit

In addition to these matters, we will deal with the standard matters such as approval of the notice and agenda, protocol from the previous Extraordinary National Meeting, election of chairman of the meeting, vote counters, signature for the protocol, etc. The Extraordinary National Meeting will notprocess matters that are not the reason for notice.

The agenda will be available no later than seven days before the meeting, 18.03.2023, cf. BISO’s Statutes about Extraordinary National Meeting § 4.2.
